First they said that children cannot work, and I did not speak out--
   because children must be educated in our government schools;
Then they said that the elderly should not work, and I did not speak out--
   because it would be cruel for those over 65 to have to support themselves;
Then they said that single parents should not work, and I did not speak out--
   after all they must be there for their children;
Then they said that everyone else is working too hard,
we must all get three months vacation, and I did not speak out--
   I love vacations;
Then it occurred to me--
   Who will be left to produce?
